The hotel had a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. the outdoor pool was nice and clean. the breakfast provided a good selection of food.
The hotel is outdated and needs some refurbishing. the rooms were not well-maintained and the furniture looked old and battered.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to local buses and great restaurants at affordable prices. It is also close to the beach and offers beautiful panoramic views from the pool and terrace. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for activities and discounts for day trips, such as the Negombo thermal spa.
The hotel rooms and bathrooms are outdated and in need of renovation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed the beautiful panoramic views from the pool and terrace. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 15-minute walk along the beach to the town, with great restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, always recommending things to do and even offering discounts for the Negombo thermal spa. Cleanliness, transportation, and breakfast were also excellent.

The hotel's location was very convenient - only a short walk from the beach and within walking distance of some fantastic restaurants. The rooms offered everything we needed and were well-maintained. We also enjoyed the hot breakfast provided each morning.
While the hotel had its positive aspects, there were also a few negatives. The decor felt slightly outdated, and there were a few minor issues with the room.
